Pintec Technology Names Zexiong Huang CEO, Acting Finance Chief, Board Director

Pintec Technology Holdings Ltd. said Friday that Zexiong Huang will serve as Chief Executive Officer, acting Chief Financial Officer and director of the board of directors following the resignation of Victor Huike Li.
The company, which operates a technology platform for financial services in China, said that Mr. Huike Li resigned from the three positions due to personal reasons.
Zehua Shi, Jimin Zhuo and Yong Chen have also resigned from the board due to personal reasons, the company said. Their resignations didn’t result from any disagreement with the company, its management, the board or any committee of the board, Pintec said.
Mr. Huang has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry and the financial services industry, Pintec said.
